How should we decide which chair to purchase out of so many options?

Office chairs basically comes in 3 sizes, first is small backrest chair the second is medium backrest chair which comes up to the shoulders and third is with head support chair. Once you decide the size then you can consider the price factors. The amount you invest will definitely reflect in quality of product. Features like fixed armrest, 2D armrest or 3D armrest can also be prioritized in advance. The combination of all this would help you to finalize a perfect product

How much would be the delivery time once order placed?

The delivery time depends on your pin-code. Roughly all products get delivered in a weeks’ time. Once order placed you will receive a dispatching information on your Whatsapp hours’ time which will help you to know timeline.

What is Shipping policy?

We provide pan India free door delivery through our courier partners. There are few pin codes which come under Out of Delivery area (ODA location). We provide delivery to these locations as well at a minimal fee of Rs. 500/- These are basically remote areas where it is difficult for the courier companies to reach. However you can consult us for further details on the same

Is there any return or refund and exchange options?

The Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We check the products, properly it’s our regular job there is nothing to worry about that. Box pack chair it comes, after unboxed we can’t help so we have full rights for No return or refund and exchange. Confirm and then buy

How much is the warranty on products purchased ?

If warranty comes 1 year only for gaslift, stand & wheel. Warranty does not cover mesh fabric ragzine etc.

How do we assemble the products?

Nearby only in Mumbai we send ready product and for far you need to do unboxing the product. The products come with DIY assembly instructions. We also provide video instructions for the same. Some chairs come with all tools required to assemble the product but basic screw driver, hammer, spanner etc tools are not included in the package.

Who is the courier partner for the delivery of the products?

We have TCI express courier service for smooth delivery of the products.
